TEN THOUSAND COMEBACKS.

As we've shared GRINTA! and the G4L program, we have been overwhelmed by the enthusiasm, engagement, and the confirmation that this is a true need. The program changed founder Jay Crain's life, we want it to change many more.

TRACTION & HISTORY

CHARTER COHORT LAUNCHED JUNE 2026—SIX YEARS OF FOUNDER COMMITMENT

Leveraging storytelling — GRINTA! film, Grinta for Life book, and G4L platform  to create change.

G4L app launched June 17, 2026 with charter members.

What members are saying:
"Writing down your goals and having them stare you in the face every day is habit changing 101". — W.
"It made me aware that I had lost a dimension of my identity, how that happened, and what it was doing to me". — Ree S.
"So far it has been encouraging and promoted positive self talk for me".  — Blake C.

A live Member cohort — Introduced March 11, 2026 at Dairy Center for the Arts. People walked out of the screening, lined up around the table, and signed up to participate in the cohort. The market said yes before we asked.

A film at five festivals — BANFF, Big Bike, Bicycle Film Festival, Veneto, and VIMFF. A finished asset that audiences pay to see.

A book in its second edition — Co-authored with Dr. Greg Welk

A framework anchored in published science — The 4Rs map to Self-Determination Theory (Deci & Ryan) and Lorig & Holman's self-management model. Proprietary IDQ 24-item psychometric instrument.

NOTE FROM JAY

WHY I'M ASKING

Millions of midlifers quietly lose themselves — their identity, their health, their sense of who they are — and the wellness industry sells them shortcuts that don’t hold. Grinta for Life helps them reclaim it. It began with a documentary, GRINTA!, and the book behind it; it’s becoming a program built on a lived framework and real science, delivered through an AI companion designed for human flourishing. Help me build this starting with a charitable impact campaign that carries the story to the people who need it.
